Attendees must attend all days of the course in order to qualify for the exam.
Prerequisites
All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience.
However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended:
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and principles
- Awareness of Scrum, Kanban, and eXtreme Programming (XP)
- Working knowledge of software and hardware development processes
Richard Brenner
After completing his bachelor’s and master’s degree in software engineering at the Vienna University of Technology, Richard Brenner gained experience as a software engineer, software architect, scrum master, product owner, project manager, team leader and head of a solution center for enterprise software development. The MBA studies helped to look from the software development process to the entire value stream of the company. In recent years, his focus has shifted to consulting and training in methods such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), Kanban and Agile Requirements Engineering. In this context, change management in companies plays an essential role for the sustainable success of the consulting.
